Frequent questions
Non-Refundable Rate: This rate corresponds to the one-time charge of 100% of the reservation and will not be returned under any circumstances.
Refundable Rate: This rate includes the collection of 20% of the total reservation 7 days before your arrival. The remaining 80% will be charged between 48 and 24 hours before your arrival. See refund conditions in our cancellation policy.
- Once the reservation payment has been made and verified, we will send you confirmation by email as proof of your operation.
* The IDs of all travelers can be sent to: reservas@umuthomes.com
* The cost of pets is €6 per night per pet.
* Cribs will be available upon request and subject to availability with a supplement of €20 for the entire stay.
* Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m.
* Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. will be free, from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. there will be a supplement of €30 and after 1:00 a.m. it will be €45.
For Non-Refundable Rate: * If the reservation is canceled with this rate, no amount will be refunded under any circumstances.
For Refundable Rate: * If you cancel up to 7 days or more from the arrival date, there are no cancellation fees.
* If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the arrival date, the 20% charged for the reservation will not be refunded.
* If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded, under any circumstances.
The client can cancel the reservation by following the instructions sent to him in the reservation confirmation. Or you can contact info@umuthomes.com. If the reservation is canceled, the expenses generated by said operation in accordance with our cancellation policy will be charged to the card provided by the client in the reservation.
If there is any irregularity or the data is not true, Umut Homes may reject said reservation up to 96 hours prior to arrival.
Umut Homes will have the right to prevent entry to our accommodations without justification for the decision and without any compensation from our company.

Our city offers much more, we have an extensive public transport network to visit different places in ALICANTE, such as Benidorm, just 46Km from the zero point of the city of Alicante (Plaza de Luceros) where we can use public transport " Tram" a beautiful journey along the coast to the destination, on connection L1 and which will take approximately 1 hour and 32 minutes and for an affordable price.
We also have an unparalleled attraction just 1 hour away by ferry leaving from the port of Alicante to the island of Tabarca, where you can enjoy the journey with views of the seabed (on one of the new ferries available for the trip) to the destination and have the wonderful experience of the island's beaches and different rustic attractions that it offers.
Public transport in our city is also available from the bus station to different destinations within the Valencian community as well as to different places in Spanish territory. This station is located on Calle Muelle del Poniente s/n.
We also have a bus (C-6) that makes the trip from airport city to city airport for a low cost per trip, which is also a comfortable way to travel.
