Non-Refundable Rate: This rate corresponds to the one-time charge of 100% of the reservation and will not be returned under any circumstances.
Refundable Rate: .
This rate includes the collection of 20% of the total reservation 7 days before your arrival. The remaining 80% will be charged between 48 and 24 hours before your check-in using the card provided.

- Once the reservation payment has been made and verified, we will send you confirmation by email as proof of your operation.
* The IDs of all travelers can be sent to: reservas@umuthomes.com
* The cost of pets is €6 per night per pet.
* Cribs will be available upon request and subject to availability with a supplement of €20 for the entire stay.
* Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m.
* Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. will be free, from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. there will be a supplement of €30 and after 1:00 a.m. it will be €45.
Cancellation policy
For Non-Refundable Rate:* If the reservation is canceled with this rate, no amount will be refunded under any circumstances.
For Refundable Rate: * If you cancel up to 7 days or more from the arrival date, there are no cancellation fees.
* If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date, the 20% charged for the reservation will not be refunded
* If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded, under any circumstances.
The client can cancel the reservation by following the instructions sent to him in the reservation confirmation. Or you can contact info@umuthomes.com. If a cancellation is made, the expenses generated by said operation in accordance with our Cancellation Policy will be charged to the card provided by the client in the reservation.
If there is any irregularity in the reservation or the data is not true, Umut Homes may reject said reservation up to 96 hours prior to arrival, and prevent entry to our accommodations without justification for the decision and without compensation from our company.
